Controls
- Number keys 1-9: select speed (title screen)
- +/-: select easy or hard difficulty (title screen)
- 2nd: begin the game (title screen)
- Alpha: skip to the high scores (title screen)
- Prgm: preview levels (title screen)
- Vars: open external level selection (title screen)
- Left/Right arrows: move the paddle
- P: pause the game, Stat: resume
- Enter: save the game and exit
- Exit: Clear exits from the title screen; Del exits during the game; Enter saves the game and exits
